Redferrin has built a sound that's uniquely his own by blending country roots with hip-hop influences and modern production. Hailing from White House, Tennessee, his honest storytelling, infectious hooks, and genre-blending style have helped him carve out his own lane in today's country music scene.
After releasing his debut EP Old No. 7, Redferrin quickly gained momentum with viral hits like the RIAA Platinum-certified "Just Like Johnny" and the Gold-certified "Jack and Diet Coke." Since then, he's continued to grow his audience through headlining tours, major festival appearances, and the release of his debut full-length album, Been There Done That, while also earning songwriting credits for artists including Florida Georgia Line and Dean Brody & The Reklaws.

Redferrin traded dirt bikes for songwriting, but the instinct that drove him then, full speed, no kill switch, hasn't changed. Racing didn't have room for hesitation, and neither, he says, does the way he works now.
"[Placeholder] I don't really do 'downtime.' Even writing feels like I'm chasing something," he says. "Anything that asks me to slow down or step away from that just doesn't make sense for how I'm built.
"That's the standard he holds everything to, including what he reaches for during a session or on the road.
"[Placeholder] [Flavor] keeps up with that. It's not a break from the pace, it fits right into it," he says. "That's really the only thing I'm looking for. Something that doesn't ask me to change speed."For an artist whose sound is built on momentum, that's less a preference than a requirement.
"[Placeholder] If it slows me down, it's not for me. This doesn't."
